Main Purpose of the Job
The Warehouse Assistant will support the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role is critical to ensuring that inventory is accurate, deliveries are timely, and our customers receive their orders in perfect condition in line with our GDP requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Receiving and Inspection:
- Unload, inspect, and check incoming goods against delivery documentation.
- Record and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Book in goods on our systems.
- Storage and Inventory Management:
- Safely store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper handling and labelling in line with GDP regulations.
- Assist in regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.
- Ensure packaging is secure and complies with shipping requirements.
- Safety and Maintenance:
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Inspect equipment regularly and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and improve processes.

Main Purpose of the Job
To, in a professional and effective manner, sell and support the use of Nupsala’s range of products in
your designated territory to achieve the revenue and growth targets as set out by the Management Team. Strive to drive the strategic ambition of the business as an industry leader in the Biologics and wholesaling sector across both the equine and small animal sectors.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Sell Nupsala’s products to achieve the revenue and growth targets set periodically for your sales territory
- Maintain profitability at territory and practice level by ensuring practices have the best product mix to achieve improved margins
- Maintain accurate records, via the CRM system provided, of all activities carried out by you in your sales territory and in support of the Nupsala business
- Provide as required CPD and other product training and support activities for the Nupsala business with customers in your sales territory
- Attend exhibitions and meetings as required within and outside your territory to support Nupsala business goals
- Utilise the mobile laboratory throughout the country as and when required
- Actively report competitor activity and data and work cross functionally to support the marketing team
- Represent Nupsala in a professional manner, building the reputation and working to the standards set by the company
- Manage your designated territory to achieve the required coverage and frequency of face to face contacts within veterinary practices in your territory by networking and following the practice segmentation and grading systems in place
- Work within all regulated timescales for reporting of Complaints and adverse reactions on territory to Technical Services and Clinical Team and Commercial Director
- Carry out market research, market monitoring and competitor monitoring on both an ad hoc and structured basis reporting back to Commercial Director or other colleagues as required
- As and when required support the additional divisions of the Nupsala group those being VOA and MSK to help further elevate the Nupsala brand.
- Produce reports as required to members of the Management Team
- At all times follow the VMD guidelines around the supply of our SIC range of products
- Work with procurement to ensure an on-time in full service for the supply of all capital equipment and associated consumables
- Deliver accurate and on-time admin tasks e.g. end of month documents including expenses
- Full responsibility for all Nupsala property assigned to you i.e. laptop/tablet, mobile Phone etc
- Undertake additional tasks as defined by the Line Manager and/or the Management team

About You

- A minimum of 5 years of veterinary experience.
- General practice experience; orthopaedic experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ultrasound, particularly musculoskeletal scanning, is preferred.
- Strong interest in multimodal and multidisciplinary approaches to pain management and rehabilitation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a willingness to present research or deliver CPD sessions.
- Research experience is highly valued but not essential.
